This was this worse Valentine's Day 2008, floral experience I ever had. My flowers arrived partially dead. I had incorrect numbers, and a bad e-mail address as well. I do not live in the area, yet I receive flowers every time I am here. I have never had a bad experience. I spoke to the shop the next day, they were not apologetic. The next day the flowers looked worse. I asked him to pick up the flowers. I wrote to 1800flowers to have them take them off of their list. They are still waiting downstairs with the doorman to be picked up. Now they are really dead.
