I’m Lia, I am a wife and a mother of two. My passion is creating beautiful arrangements. I love flowers and all the beauty and happiness they bring. Lia’s Flowers is a home based flower delivery business located in West Hills, California. I started designing flowers in the early 90’s when I was still in my teens. I have been doing this a long time, but what I am most excited about is, how much has changed in floral design. Creating new and fun designs is my favorite! I like to think of floral design as an art. I would love to create a unique, personal arrangement for your order, but if you would like something classic, I could do that too!
