Owner and Designer, Heather Bay, has been providing florals for memorable occasions locally for 15+ years and has just opened her new location in the heart of Historic Kenwood in St Petersburg, FL. We provide both fresh florals and decor for Weddings, Corporate events, Bar Mitzvah/Bat Mitzvahs and Quinceaneras. Bouquets, Centerpieces, Archways, Boutonnières and Corsages are some of the items we provide for our customers.
