Located in Grant, Michigan, Heart and Blooms is one of the largest flower farms in the West Michigan area. Providing a wide variety of floral services with the use of our fresh cut, seasonal blooms, we take pride in ensuring only the highest quality of flowers for our customers. In addition to our roadside stand and onsite U-Pick events, we offer boutique floral services including small events, a la carte wedding florals, custom bouquets, and weekly/biweekly bouquet subscriptions. Our growing season is from May-October.
