Emerald Garden began in 1993 by James Opie who had been designing floral events for many years before striking out on his own. He brought along a faithful following and the accolades for his work continue to grow. Not only is he a talented designer, a creative individual with a beautiful sense of style and wonderful interpretive skills, he’s a perfectionist.
