Don't use them if you actually want flowers delivered!
“Do not use these people if you actually want flowers delivered. I ordered flowers via their website for my cousin's funeral. Supposedly they had a power outage that prevented her from emailing me from her phone. She claims to have left messages, but my phone says do not leave messages. I found her inability and incompetence to actually attempt to get flowers to my cousin's funeral on Wednesday that were ordered on Monday inexcusable. I have ordered flowers via the internet and phone all over this country and I have never had a florist behave in such an unprofessional manner. She hung up on me because I demanded the flowers get to the funeral by 11 am. In this economy she must understand that she should have attempted to deliver those flowers. Furthermore, I believe that she did not care to deliver them to an urban setting. Please do not blame our politicians for a failed economy blame lazy business owners like these people. \n”
