Established in 2006, Jackie Ruane is the owner and creative roots of the Creative Touch. Her love of flowers and succulents turned into a business in Northeast Pennsylvania. Mostly starting the business with container gardening, she soon branched out into florals, succulents and air plants. She loves doing pop up shops where she can market her beautiful work. She is a registered DoorDash florist and a local florist serving Luzerne County. She is self taught and her passion for sharing her creativity with others has blossomed. She has since opened an actual location in Plains PA where she will hold workshops, private events and have a self serve plant bar. Please come to her new location at 220 South River Street Plains.
